BRISTOL — The St. Paul boys basketball team wrapped up its regular season Thursday night with a 96-68 victory over visiting Stafford — a game in which the Falcons were ahead 30-14 by the end of the first quarter.

St. Paul (12-8) was led by Byron Jones (22 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals), Dan Borea (11 points, 5 rebounds), Joe Villani (10 points), Chris Borea (9 points, 6 steals, 5 assists), Josh Davidson (8 points, 8 rebounds), Pat Donahue (8 points, 4 rebounds) and Travis Thomas (6 points).

St. Paul will play in the Naugatuck Valley Tournament on Saturday at Wilby High in Waterbury.
