INCOMING FRESHMEN

St. Paul Catholic High School admits students on the basis of their academic potential, preparation, and achievement. Students are expected to possess the intellectual curiosity, motivation, and maturity to profit from a stimulating and intellectual environment. Additionally, students are expected to exhibit acceptable standards of behavior.

To apply for admission to St. Paul Catholic High School students must submit a completed Admissions Application Package. The following are required:

1.  APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

2.  RECORDS RELEASE FORM

3.  SCHOOL EVALUATION FORM  For all students applying to grade 9 only.

4.  GUIDANCE INFORMATION FORM

5.  HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT EXAM  For all students applying to grade 9 or 10.

All applicants are required to submit a letter of recommendation on school letterhead from an administrator, guidance counselor or teacher at their current school that addresses the student’s academic, discipline, and behavior record.

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications are now being accepted from students interested in attending grades 9-12 for the 2010-11 academic year. Please complete Admissions Application Package as above.

TRANSFER STUDENTS

To apply for admission to St. Paul Catholic High School transfer students must submit a completed Admissions Application Package. In addition, transfer students must have a personal interview with our Guidance Department and Deans of Academic and Student Life.

SHADOW DAY

Potential students are invited to visit St. Paul Catholic High School for a day. Students will spend the day shadowing a St. Paul student, attending classes and meeting with teachers.  To set up a visit, please have a parent or guardian call the Admissions Office.  Students are asked to arrive at the main office at 8:00 a.m. properly dressed (please no jeans or tee shirts) and may be picked up at 2:15 p.m.   Lunch will be provided.   This is wonderful opportunity to experience the spirit of the school.
